EVERYONE AT CTG IS EPIC
When we set out on our journey to define CTG’s company values it was essential that our staff were the driving force. We ran surveys, workshops and one-on-one sessions, and out of this our values were born. At CTG we hire EPIC people to enable humanitarian and development programmes.
Our EPIC values stand for: Engage, Pioneer, Improve, and Care.

ENGAGE IN ACTION: CTG teams coming together to create the Committed to Good Curricula training which has been rolled out in 3 countries of operation.

PIONEER IN ACTION: The in-house creation of Tayo CTG’s HR software. To meet our unique needs of efficiently managing staff in fragile and conflict-affected regions, we needed a unique HR software. So we designed it ourselves.

IMPROVE IN ACTION: CTG Learning provides an opportunity for staff to further their in-the-field knowledge through free courses designed by world-renowned humanitarian organisations.

We’re “people” people – what motivates us is a genuine regard for everyone we work for and come across
CARE IN ACTION: In 2020 we launched CTG Wellbeing to assist staff in the field in times of stress, providing online counselling in multiple languages and wellbeing support.
