STAFF SAFETY
Minimising risk in

SUBMITTING A MEDICAL CLAIM
CTG’s designed its comprehensive insurance with high-risk environments in mind. All CTG staff are covered by Personal Accident Insurance.
All claims must be submitted on Tayo under the Duty of Care section (shield icon), specifically under the Medical Claims tab.
SAFETRIP
Our SafeTrip process ensures we know the whereabouts of our staff, enabling our management on the ground to respond to a crisis situation. Staff must record all movements from the designated duty station on SafeTrip, allowing our security staff to assess any prevailing threats and keep them informed during their trip.
Put Safety First
CTG does everything in its power to keep staff safe, but it’s essential that staff also act responsibly. Three top security tips for staff:
- When possible carry issued CTG ID cards
- Respect CTG’s Safety & Security Rules
- Adhere to our SafeTrip® process
BLOW THE WHISTLE!
CTG’s Duty Of Care extends to protection from abuse or harassment of any sort. It is our policy to ensure that there is an open and safe environment in which staff can report in good faith any suspicions of misconduct or wrongdoing.
If you work for CTG and have been subjected to or have witnessed unethical behavior, harassment or wrongdoing, it is your duty to report it.
