Provision of secure accommodation, office facilities, and guarding solutions as required
Detailed induction briefings, Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT), security briefings specific to the area of deployment, Ethics & Code of Conduct training
Our SafeTrip process ensures we know the whereabouts of our staff, enabling our management on the ground to respond to a crisis situation. All movements from duty station are required to follow SafeTrip; whereby our security staff can assess prevailing threats and keep staff informed during their trip.

CTG’s comprehensive insurance is designed with high risk environments in mind. All CTG staff are covered by Personal Accident Insurance.

CTG’s Duty Of Care extends to protection from abuse or harassment of any sort. It is our policy to ensure that there is an open and safe environment in which staff can report in good faith any suspicions of misconduct or wrongdoing.
If you work for CTG and have been subjected to or have witnessed unethical behavior, harassment or wrongdoing, it is your duty to report it.
