In 2017, CTG was the first international HR and project support organisation physically on the ground in Yemen, facilitating project implementation in the world’s largest humanitarian crisis since World War II. We uphold global standards and take a multidisciplinary approach to recruiting qualified staff across Yemen, with proven management of Duty of Care.

With an estimated 24 million people in need of assistance and protection in Yemen, the country is in dire need of urgent assistance. CTG ensures much needed aid reaches vulnerable Yemenis through implementation support for a wide range of projects on behalf of partners.

CTG’s active local networks support local recruitment, providing secure and decent work for the local community to support economic growth. Through these local networks, CTG is able to not only keep humanitarian assistance flowing wherever we work, but ensure staff safety and support.
