Violence and insecurity in Nigeria have sparked multi-faceted challenges affecting the livelihood of millions of people and causing mass movements. As a response, in 2018 CTG expanded its West Africa footprint to establish a presence in Nigeria and support the humanitarian mission.

With a primary focus on the north-eastern states such as Borno, Yobe and Adamawa, CTG deployed senior management to run a critical HR needs assessment, including a security and risk evaluation, in order to identify and set up suitable admin hubs in both Abuja and Maiduguri.
