CTG has been delivering humanitarian and development support in Gaza since 2014, providing essential staffing solutions to international partners.

Gaza is one of the most densely populated regions in the world. Nearly two years of conflict have left over two million Palestinians – half of whom are children – without access to sufficient water, food or medical care. UN agencies have confirmed that famine is a deadly reality, with 100% of the population facing acute food insecurity. 70% of all structures have been destroyed or damaged, and ongoing delays and impediments to humanitarian movements continue.

Against this backdrop, CTG’s priority remains the safety and wellbeing of its people. In time of heightened risk, CTG quickly establishes shelter plans, communication trees and relocation support while maintaining real-time security monitoring and daily contact. Staff receive regular safety briefings, mental health support and banking assistance to ensure timely salaries despite closures.
