CTG has been delivering humanitarian and development projects in South Sudan since 2016. Currently managing over 3000 local and international staff spread across diverse projects, our staff work in demining, camp management, as well as warehouse and fleet management. CTG has played a pivotal role in supporting humanitarian and development projects through recruiting, deploying and managing personnel for remote projects.

South Sudan remains one of the most protracted and acute humanitarian crises–affected locations on the planet. The remote nature of our work comes with challenges including unstable security within city limits and restricted movement around the country for many of our clients. South Sudan, like many of our countries of operation, has a diverse and complex mix of ethnic and cultural groups, which is why CTG has local regional experts.
