Since August 2022, CTG teams have worked to support and deliver complex and challenging food distribution solutions across Ethiopia.
Our staff work all over the country, predominantly in the northern area where there is active fighting and urgent humanitarian needs. Their roles include Truck Drivers, Convoy Leaders, Fleet Managers, Mechanics, Electricians and Workshop Supervisors.
CTG provides project support across Africa through on-the-ground humanitarian staffing and management, delivering innovative solutions to complex administrative challenges, and rapidly responding to humanitarian emergencies as the needs arise.

CTG’s staff work predominantly in the northern regions in Adama, Addis Ababa, Asosa, Dire Dawa, Gonder, Jijiga, Kombolcha, Mekele, and Semera.
Our Country Management Team work out of Adama, Semera, Dire Dawa and Mekelle, and are led by Anthony Jouannic, the Regional Manager for East Africa.
